There is no admission charge for the show.

The 29th Annual Employee Art Show is located at Western Washington University in the Western Gallery: FI 124.

Parking is available in metered spots in both C-Lots and Lot 12-A on campus. Bellingham city buses stop right in front of the VU.

The WTA bus station is located downtown, with multiple buses daily passing through campus.

All Western staff and faculty, including retired staff and faculty, may enter the show.

The on-line entry form, hold harmless agreement, and participant details are located on the entry form page. If you do not have access to print the online forms, email or call Nancy Phillips at phillips@wwu.edu or (360) 650-3407 and the materials will be sent to you.

 

Exhibitors will drop their work to the Western Gallery on July 11, between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

Artists MUST pick up their work on Friday, August 1 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Entries may not be removed from display until the show concludes at 2:00 PM.

Art show volunteers cannot be responsible for work that is not picked up by 4:00 PM. If you are unable to pick up your work on August 1 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, please make arrangements for someone else to do so.
