One art piece per form

Artists are welcome to submit multiple entries. While we don't anticipate space issues preventing us from accommodating all submitted artwork in the Western Gallery space, the committee reserves the right to contact artists if space considerations do become an issue. In this situation, each artist would be given the opportunity to prioritize which pieces of their work they'd like displayed.

* The due date for entry submissions is Monday, June 9, 2025 at 5:00pm.

Display Type

Hold Harmless Agreement

I, the Owner/Artist, do hereby voluntarily offer to display my artwork during the 29th Annual Employee Art Show and hereby agree to hold harmless Western Washington University and its officers, agents, employees and volunteers, from any and all liability for any damage whatsoever after the entry is received for display in the 29th Annual Employee Art Show as well as during the time of display in the Western Gallery.


Said artwork is to be removed by me on Friday, August 8, 2025, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Entries may not be removed from display until the show concludes at 2:00 PM. 

Art show volunteers cannot be responsible for work that is not picked up by 4:00 PM. If you are unable to pick up your work on August 8 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, please make arrangements for someone else to do so.
